While we are speaking about the higher education in the United States of America, we are speaking about best world famous universities, which prepare the best specialists at any sphere.

All the universities have their own aims and goals: some of them are concentrated on vocational, business, engineering curriculums, some concentrate their attention upon the technical curriculum, some provide liberal arts curriculum. However, there is one common feature of all the accredited US Universities and that features is a high quality of education. Some universities imply all the above-mentioned kinds of the curriculum.

The following degrees are provided by the Us Universities:
•    Two-year colleges provide associate’s degree; such colleges have the lowest tuition fees.
•    Universities provide Bachelor’s Degree: Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) or Bachelor of Science (B.S.); Master’s degree: Master of Arts (M.A.), Master of Science (M.S.), Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.), or Master of
Fine Arts (M.F.A.). In the USA Universities, one is also able to earn doctorates such as the Ph.D.

As a rule, the education in the USA is rather expensive, and sometimes it is even unaffordable to the common citizens, however, the number of different grants, scholarships, and educational loans is just great, so if a person wants to receive a diploma, he or she will find the opportunity to do it.

Higher education in the United Sates of America is highly developed, though the system of the education is not considered to be the best one in the world. However, it is very prestige to receive the higher education in the United States of America all around the world.

While speaking about the higher education in US, one can choose among private and public universities, among community colleges and liberal art colleges. The university system in US is considered to be decentralized. An independent Accreditation Organization was funded in the USA, which evaluates whether this or that university deserves to be accredited one or not. A lot of factors are taking into account at this point, for example the state of library, publishing record of the faculty, degrees which this or that faculty provides. When you receive a diploma in the accredited university, this diploma is considered to be a recognizable one, the situation is vice or versa in the non-accredited universities, it is better not to be involved into the education at such universities if you want to be employed after the graduation without any problems.
